DAY 3

Dr Gillian Lockitch

After retiring from her 25 year medical practice as a dual-certified specialist in Paediatrics and Medical Biochemistry, Dr. Gillian Lockitch found herself a patient instead of practitioner, when a catastrophic back injury ended with lifesaving emergency spinal surgery. Her book, Growing Older, Living Younger: The Science of Aging Gracefully and the Art of Retiring Comfortably reveals the 7 pillars of the roadmap that changed her aging trajectory at the cellular level. Through the GOLY Project she will help you find your personal roadmap to extending your healthspan and aging youthfully.

7 Critical Pillars for Growing Older Living Younger

Do you believe that your genetic heritage means that you will age like your parents, live a similar lifespan and die from similar disorders? Do you worry that you may have 'bad genes?’ What’s your personal fight? Is it the battle of ’the bulge’, blood sugars or brittle bones? Do you sleep poorly, lack energy, feel isolated? Are you concerned about your aging appearance? Or do you just want to preserve your present youthful energy and vitality as you age? The mission of the Growing Older Living Younger (GOLY) Project is to help you find your personal roadmap to change your aging at the cellular level by unleashing your innate epigenetic power to alter gene expression. Finding what lifestyle choices work for you in the 7 critical pillars of aging youthfully, will help you reach your healthy aging goals. Extend your healthspan not just your lifespan

Coaching Call

One lucky person will get two recommendations to help you on your health journey. It might be food recommendations, lifestyle changes, or supplements. It is based on you as an individual.

Antoinette McInnes

“My life path has led me through a journey with Cancer and Borderline Personality Disorder. A difficult path. BUT, having come through and out the other side transformed for the better, I know that hardship or suffering can be a catalyst for positive change in our lives and also a journey of Sacred training. Cancer was the catalyst that started my journey of healing myself from the inside out. Healing those parts of myself, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually that were out of kilter.

“I realised that I was looking at life through a very fearful lens, I lacked self-love and was constantly running after triggers of the past. Trauma, and many layers of learned patterns and distorted beliefs (especially about myself) had led to me developing unhealthy coping and defence mechanisms. All the symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder were playing out in my life.

“I knew that in order to heal myself and to live a full life I had to heal the blockages and most of all love myself. I embarked on a journey to gain awareness and mastery of my mind and emotions and heal my inner child. I now know that when we live a life that is not limited by our conditioning, miraculous outcomes become limitless and the result is a deeply fulfilling and meaningful life of connection, purpose and optimal health. My passion now is to share what I have learnt and what has helped me truly awaken and live my best life.”

Feeling is healing : Recognizing, accepting and processing emotions

“With just a little education and practice on how to manage your emotions, you can move into a new experience of life so rewarding that you will be motivated to keep on managing your emotional nature in order to sustain it. The payoff is delicious in terms of improved quality of life.” Doc Childre

How to Solve Sex Problems and Restore a Happy Sex Life

If you are unable (or unwilling) to fully connect intimately, then you will not experience the true depth and connection that a mutually satisfying sex life brings to a relationship. Low confidence and self-esteem around sexual intimacy can contribute to sexual function issues in both partners, as well as loss of libido, desire, attraction, and eventual breakdown of your relationship. The vast majority of people don’t know how to communicate emotionally and especially intimately with their partners, and that causes a lot of pain and suffering as well as relationship breakdown. This is due to many myths and misinformation in society. One of those myths would be that sex is about physical release or orgasm, when the fact is that sex for both males and females is emotional connection, which is one of our major human needs. Contrary to various beliefs out there, the formula for a truly fulfilling sexual life boils down to two simple things: The right knowledge and the proper mindset, which will enhance your ability to reach an orgasm at the desired time, and connect on all levels. In the 5 Crucial Rules of Sex report I'll share the crucial prerequisites for an enjoyable sex life that have been used by my clients to achieve happy and fulfilling sex!

Our relationships with our fathers will have a significant influence on how we see men. It will determine whether we think they are trustworthy. It will influence whether we will be fearful of being abandoned by men. Through our father’s eyes we look at ourselves – this is how we imagine men will see us. Do we measure up? Or are we always going to over-compensate to make up for us not feeling worthy. And how much bad treatment will we take simply because we fear being abandoned?

If we are lucky enough to be treated by our dads like Princess Cheesecake, the One and Only, but with respect for our separateness, our entire view of ourselves changes. We expect more for ourselves, and we are faster to dismiss relationships that are toxic for us.

Wanting our father’s approval is a very normal desire for a little girl of any age. I remember how my father ridiculed people with normal fear, so at the age of six I decided I was not scared of his pack of ferocious Alsations. They did not eat me, so there must be some truth to the notion that dogs smell fear and will attack. But that experience of trying to impress my father meant that I could not connect to feeling fear. I did not know that I had fear of abandonment triggers, as I simply could not connect to any feelings of fear!

Leoni decided that she would have to be her two sisters’ caretaker. Her dad told her as the oldest they were her responsibility to make sure they were not bullied. So she built herself a bulletproof, tough attitude. ”It was very hard to make friends, as I did not let anyone see the real me. I was longing for a relationship in which I was accepted. I did not realise that my relationships kept failing because my bulletproof attitude meant I was pushing them out of my life. I had to learn all over how to let people see the real, soft me inside.”

Sandra’s dad died when she was very young. He was her hero. They had fun. He was one hundred percent on her side. She tried to recreate that relationship all her life. Problem was that …
