The Value of Compassion

The Value of Compassion was written with one Intention in mind. To stimulate thinking, behaviour, words and actions of each individual, to gain the tools to embody the various aspects of Compassion in their daily interactions. Using the Value of Compassion as a compass or guidance tool, within families, relationship building and business interactions, is a powerful way to enhance, grow, upgrade and unleash the potential of deeper understanding, respect and empathy in behaviours and attitudes. Professionally, socially and emotionally, this the perfect tool to guide boundaries, perspectives and foster emotional connections that are built on a solid foundation of respect. I encourage you to share this gift freely and read it daily whilst implementing the tips ensconced within.

I will give the opportunity to 2 special people, to engage with me within a 60 minute one to one Zoom Call to connect and develop a plan of action that will help them on their own personal healing journey. I will share my own tools and techniques and show them how they can challenge their own beliefs and move forward on their personal journey.

Charmaine Barber

Charmaine Barber is a certified Coach, NLP Practitioner and TimeLine Coach who values authenticity and permission to be who we truly are inside without limitations and believes passionately in communication, connection, and confidence.

Charmaine works at present, on a 1:1 basis and with small groups in order to bring out their best in a way which will impact both them and those around them. She is all about connecting to self first and then to others.
Beliefs, thoughts, and our behaviour is what holds us back when we are stuck in an unresourceful state. She comes into a coaching situation in order to help focus on what works and supporting people in achieving their goals, as well as change how they think of themselves and who they truly are and want to be.

There are times when anxiety, fear of success or failure, that place of being a “poor me” victim is what holds us back as they once did her. She is passionate about people reaching their potential and heights they never thought were possible.

Evolving Wheel of Life

An interactive worksheet which help people work out where they are in different areas of their lives. It helps them to know which area to focus on at any given time. By working on one area, it helps to move all areas of their life into a better place. Once all areas have moved, it pays to focus on a different area which is low down on the scale, which once again, shifts everything to a better place.

A 1:1 FREE 2 hour pro bono coaching session, to be held after the summit as arranged with Charmaine. Please send her an email, telling her why you need it and she will do the lucky draw.

Kelly Walk Hines

“My name is Kelly Walk Hines, and I reside in New Jersey. I am a 51-year-old divorced Christian mother of two wonderful adult children. I am very happy and blessed. I have been a registered nurse since 1992. I specialize in mental health nursing. I fix people from the inside out. I spent about ten years working at an inpatient crisis mental health unit for children and adolescents. I spent another ten years working with pregnant and parenting teens. Both jobs were such blessings. I am proud of my life’s work. God took the trauma of my past and used it to help me relate to others and help them find healing. I am currently working on my fifth, sixth and seven book, and I look forward to many more years of writing. My mission is to spread hope in the darkness through my book series. I also created a multimedia interactive domestic violence exhibit. This exhibit is available in a Gallery for the month of October every year. I also do traveling exhibits and public speaking. My exhibit is also in the form of a book called “Hope in the Darkness: a domestic violence awareness exhibit. My exhibit as well as my books are a journey from hurt to healing.”

Layne Smith-Brown

I’m Layne Smith-Brown and I’m the author of the Amazon Best-Selling book Weird Hummingbirds – Unleash Your Life! I’m also a multi-passionate entrepreneur, NLP, CBT and EFT practitioner, course-creator, coach, and podcast host, a certified Neuro-Linguistic and Hypnosis Practitioner with Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Emotional Freedom Technique in my ttoolkit.

I’ve been on my spiritual quest for three decades now, and I’ve learned a thing or two along the way. It is my primary purpose and desire to instigate an awakening in those I work with – by challenging the conditioning we’ve all been exposed to from all kinds of outside influences – from those who raised us (caregivers, church and cultural leaders) to peers, coworkers and friends to social media and advertisers.

All that influence is floating around in our subconscious minds and affects every aspect of our lives (relationships, work, finances, health) as well as our own sense of personal “deservability” and opportunity. To help reprogram so much of the misinformation currently trapped in your subconscious we use tools to help you remember who you came to be and what you’ve come to bring by learning to ask more effective questions. I help you break free from unhelpful patterns (Self-Sabotaging Power Leaks) so you can step into your own power and share your gifts with the world.

LIVE FREE! A Crash-Course to live a life of Freedom, Peace and Purpose

This is a comprehensive overview of how to recognize self-sabotaging beliefs and behaviors and let them go. To aid in your transformation, I've also included my Grow, Learn, Change Meditation

Our relationships with our fathers will have a significant influence on how we see men. It will determine whether we think they are trustworthy. It will influence whether we will be fearful of being abandoned by men. Through our father’s eyes we look at ourselves – this is how we imagine men will see us. Do we measure up? Or are we always going to over-compensate to make up for us not feeling worthy. And how much bad treatment will we take simply because we fear being abandoned?

If we are lucky enough to be treated by our dads like Princess Cheesecake, the One and Only, but with respect for our separateness, our entire view of ourselves changes. We expect more for ourselves, and we are faster to dismiss relationships that are toxic for us.

Wanting our father’s approval is a very normal desire for a little girl of any age. I remember how my father ridiculed people with normal fear, so at the age of six I decided I was not scared of his pack of ferocious Alsations. They did not eat me, so there must be some truth to the notion that dogs smell fear and will attack. But that experience of trying to impress my father meant that I could not connect to feeling fear. I did not know that I had fear of abandonment triggers, as I simply could not connect to any feelings of fear!

Leoni decided that she would have to be her two sisters’ caretaker. Her dad told her as the oldest they were her responsibility to make sure they were not bullied. So she built herself a bulletproof, tough attitude. ”It was very hard to make friends, as I did not let anyone see the real me. I was longing for a relationship in which I was accepted. I did not realise that my relationships kept failing because my bulletproof attitude meant I was pushing them out of my life. I had to learn all over how to let people see the real, soft me inside.”

Sandra’s dad died when she was very young. He was her hero. They had fun. He was one hundred percent on her side. She tried to recreate that relationship all her life. Problem was that …
